Wall Pom Poms
I am currently redecorating every room in my house…ambitious, I know. It’s a bit of a mess at times. 🙂 Nonetheless, I am taking it one project at a time and in no particular order. My daughter’s room recently got painted a light gray. I’m accenting it with lots of white with bright pinks and oranges. I love the pom-pom ideas, but with how her room is set up I just don’t see how I could have them hanging. So, I changed it up and created these pom-poms that hang flush against the wall. I will glue some fun ribbon to the inside and hang them around her room. When her room is all done I will show it off. 🙂
What you need:
1 yard (cotton) for each pom pom (Less than $2 a yard at Walmart- Fat Quarters work great too!)
Hot Glue Gun
Step 1: Cut several circles about 4 inches wide
Step 2: Fold in half, then into thirds so it creates an “S” shape. Hot Glue to the paper bowl. Begin gluing around the edge then work your way up. I added my accent pink zebra print after I had done the solid pink.
Step 3: Cut ribbon and glue to the inside of the bowl to create a hook you can hang it from.
WA LA! You are done. 🙂
