These are one of my favorite desserts to make. It’s easy and fun to make with my daughter!
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tbs. butter
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 cup raspberry preserves
Heat oven to 350*. Combine crust ingredients and press into a greased 8-inch pan. Bake 18-23 minutes.
Combine honey and butter in a sauce pan. Cook over medium heat (1-2 minutes). Add remaining topping ingredients.
Spread preserves over warm crust, spoon topping mixture over filling.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
